NEVADA FACULTY ALLIANCE |
The TMCC-NFA collective bargaining agreement is an essential document that protects your rights and benefits at work. Whether you are a community college professor, tenure-track, zero-rank, librarian, counselor, or administrative faculty, the contract guarantees due process protections for you. These protections establish ground rules regarding personnel action files, evaluations, and other actions. |
Negotiations for a new TMCC-NFA contract for academic and administration faculty members are now underway. In preparation for the bargaining sessions, TMCC-NFA conducted a faculty survey in the spring 2025 semester to help define our bargaining issues. Survey results are available through SurveyMonkey. Subsequent meetings and forums helped refine our priorities.
Several individuals have volunteered to work on this effort to help our members stay informed and gather their input as proposals are under consideration. TMCC-NFA members should feel free to contact any member of the Collective Bargaining Council to discuss the negotiations.
